Hello, I am very sorry to read that you had such horrible experiences with us. I will try to answer some of your concerns: Our driver do not have cell phones, they work with a two-way messenger system to communicate with dispatch. When we are missing information i.e buzz code and the phone number of the receiver is provided, the package is returned to our resolution department and the staff contacts the receiver within 24 hours. When an attempted delivery is made the shipment is automatically brought back to the main Terminal servicing the area. The receiver can then request a transfer to one of our local retail counters or authorized retail agents or a redelivery to the same address. If you would like to have a follow up done on a particular incident, please provide me the tracking number and I will ensure that the issue is addressed with local management.
